Mini-bio

I am a rising Mexican-American Sophomore at Cornell University pursuing a major in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Business to strive toward my passion of the intersection of sustainability, social impact, and business. I have worked for a two-Michelin star restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, at the forefront of regenerative agriculture and sustainable food systems. I am also currently an analyst for the Cornell Sustainability Consultants, where I help local beverage companies in the Finger Lakes region achieve sustainability goals. For fun, I love to learn new languages (currently French!) and workout by weightlifting and hiking.
